COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advanced Control Tech EFP2G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eupec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eupec such as the FZ900R12KF5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GN3J594001 manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC693MDL753F by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand HMA31000T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by B--B-Electrinics such as EMD10FST equipment made by B--B-Electrinics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire B--B-Electrinics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "B--B-Electrinics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HNB31200T made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular FD2A15SRRN23 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G0113CV by Foxboro and EMD10FST spares by B--B-Electrinics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FFSEDGE6G2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microswitch. |
